May 15th, 2017 Stinnett, Texas Hail Storm

After early storms struggled to organize, one dominant storm finally came about, first forming west of Amarillo, TX and eventually moving north/northeast toward Fritch and eventually Stinnett, Texas. It had some impressive structure, and also featured some large hail over 2″, with some 2-2.5″ reports. We measured stones after they fell over 2″.

The video below shows the hail falling, some hail damage to a vehicle, and what I am most proud of, some impressive time lapse showing the storm organizing!
