Green Machine: Making my 4Runner Glow
So last week I installed green LED’s under my 4Runner. Not only do they look cool, but they let me quickly ID my car, or when I am trying to sit in a dark place at night to do photography, etc, I can have these on without ruining my shots with lots of light pollution, since they are underneath, and are green. Greed/Red/Blue aren’t really a blinding color at night.
Wiring vehicles is actually a hobby of mine. I routinely help friends with adding electronics to their vehicles. It takes steady hands and lots of patience to fish wires around cars and pull off panels without cracking them, etc!
I always make sure no wires are showing, everything is soldered and sealed up!
