A horrible earthquake impacted portions of Nepal. The earthquake was a magnitude 7.8 and centered 34km ESE of Lamjung, Nepal. The USGS states that “High casualties and extensive damage are probable and the disaster is likely widespread. Past red alerts have required a national or international response.”
