I have a bt dual band 600 dongle and every few minutes it drops out and I lose signal, whats going on please

I recently purchased your storm chasing forecasting course from Chaser Con 2016 and paid for it via PayPal. I have not received a link to the presentation or access to the video yet and was wondering how they would be delivered to me? I do not have a BTSull.net account and can’t find how to make one to access these things.
