April 2nd, 2015 – 330 PM Chase Update

Sitting now in Northeast OK near the town of Welch, OK. Conditions are becoming increasingly favorable for supercells later this afternoon and evening in this area!

The SPC has increased the tornado risk to 10‰ and mentioned “strong tornadoes” as a possibility. More text below

WINDOW EXISTS EARLY THIS EVENING FOR A FEW STORMS TO PRODUCE VERY  
LARGE HAIL AND POSSIBLY A STRONG TORNADO ESPECIALLY FROM NORTHEAST  
OKLAHOMA…SOUTHEAST KANSAS…SOUTHWEST MISSOURI INTO NORTHWEST  
ARKANSAS.  

It’s currently 83 on the car thermometer.. Got my girlfriend Nicole with me, ready to see her first big tornado!
