A Chase in the Panhandles Tomorrow?

In light of yesterday’s incredible tornado event in northern Illinois, I am certainly ready to get out there and see some more storms!

Tomorrow looks like a threat of severe weather across the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles, into southwest Kansas.

I certainly don’t expect many tornadoes with relatively limited moisture, but with the elevation influences in the Texas Caprock Mountains, plus adequate shear for supercells and low level rotation being shown by the models, you never know! The LCL heights image below shows that they won’t be a problem! Regardless, the structure should just be phenomenal I would hope! I am ready to test out my new cameras!

Stay tuned to my weather wall and your local NWS to follow the threats!
